Use section names in the questionnaire #187

Currently, the number of the section precedes the title of each section:

Untitled

Using the Name of the section could be more descriptive and allow for configuration. In the 2.1.0 of the questionnaire, the name is "Part 1". This proposed change would change the "1. Program foundation" to "Part 1: Program foundation".
