The questionnaires have translations beyond the translations available for the Web App itself.
Adding a button to change the languages, allows for additional language choices beyond what is presented to the user.
The WebApp language button will remain.
Following is the order of precedence for what happens when various language choices are made.
The default language for the user is used both for the WebApp and the initial survey translation
If the WebApp language is changed by the user, the Web App language translation will change to the selected language for that user session (next login will revert back to the user profile language).
If the WebApp language is changed by the user AND that language is available for the questionnaire version, the language questionnaire will be displayed in the newly chosen WebApp language, otherwise no change will be made to the Questionnaire language.
If the Questionnaire language is changed, the questionnaire will be displayed in that language. No change will be made to the WebApp.
The Questionnaire language will be remembered between sessions and may differ from both the profile language and the WebApp language in use.
