This occurs on Chrome.

To reproduce:

Click on the "Update Questionnaire Button" - it should display the Summary tab with the text "2 questionnaire version/languages will be updated, 0 questionnaire version/languages will be added"
Click on the "Updates" tab - this seems to render correctly
Click on the "Added" tab - this seems to render correctly
Click on the "Summary" tab - this display the "Added" tab information where it should show the summary information

@openchain-visolve Can you take a look at this. I'm not sure if this was introduced during the responsive UI work or if it was a prior issue.
