When is SPDX 3.0 coming? Early 2023 if I remember correct. Is there a need to fix SPDX version?

Hi Jari,

SPDX 3.0 will be modular. The core should be available in early 2023, and the different modules will follow.

For the moment, we decided to use 2.2, which is the ISO version. This can be revised in a later release of our document.
