Windows build on GitHub was failing. I've switched to grab directly from "authentic" sources and made a few version updates.

Sorry - got behind on GitHub notifications... Switching to "authentic" is fine, major problem is they silently change the download files and the MD5 breaks and/or they remove old releases. We may just need to use a different method for hosting some of these files, sorry I missed this.

No worries - it seems as if the GH build doesn't like to access openchemistry.org - but I think we can work out a solution if things break.
