Color transfer function display rendering on Windows 11 with AMD Radeon RX 6600 #2290

Describe the bug The color transfer function graph display at the top of the window doesn't render properly and the garbled display makes it unusable.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Tomviz
  2. Load any of the example datasets from the Sample Data menu
  3. The color transfer function graph display at the top of the window looks garbled and isn't usable image
