This reverts https://github.com/OpenChrom/openchrom/pull/86 because it has the same performance problems as outlined in https://github.com/eclipse/chemclipse/pull/1439. Additionally, the .peaks format does not store the abundance of the m/z value making it not a real mass spectrum either.
