Describe the bug The "Add another" and "Remove" buttons for repeating item groups in non-grid forms are not in the translations files and so cannot be localized.

Expected behavior When a form is loaded with the UI in a non-english locale, these two buttons should also be displaying localized values.

Fix for mono repo and port it back to current branch.

To reproduce you can probably add ?lang=de to any webform URL of a non-Grid-Theme form with a repeat.
