Describe the bug
Enketo Not Correctly Displaying Back Button Text Based on API lang parameter. When the form is displayed in English the "Back" button is still displayed in German. The form is defined only with English text and being called with the lang=de parameter.
To Reproduce
1:Open attached form with lang=de in mode /edit/fs/c/i/
(In my case I had my browser locale set to DE/Berlin)

2: Go to the second page
Expected behavior All buttons, close, next, and back, are in the same language English.
Actual behavior Back button is in DE while Close and Next are in EN.
