Describe the bug
When viewing a form in another language, dates shown in the query widget history date/timestamps continue to show English abbreviations for the months.
To Reproduce
Define a form using a supported non-english locale (i.e. de)
Load form in study configured to support this language
Open query widget
Expected: Dates are localized such that the 3-character month abbreviation is replaced with a localized version
Actual: The date remains with the English abbreviation
