probably a regression due to enketo-core update

Reproduce:

1. in number input with constraint or question with required, update the value

Cause is https://github.com/enketo/enketo-core/commit/827c1f30a62d7e8a9093f7c9b1dac7b2b54151b4

• [x] update enketo-express-oc (ideally after publication of enketo-core and express but that might take too long)
• [x] do anything else that needs doing to get CI to pass
• [ ] update again after publishing of enketo-core
