No more PUT. As @jmcinerney found out it's not actually correct to use PUT with multipart: https://stackoverflow.com/a/20388705/14572010

[x] fix bunch of (previously) broken tests, to become better confident that this change will not cause issues, related to OpenClinica/enketo-express-oc#501 fixes
