Let know how to reproduce the issue. As I known, this is old issue and already fixed by Karthick. Did you get the latest source code on github?

reproduce step :

create a new virtual machine 12.04 desktop
clone PSP, Safplus and IDE from github and scp to virtual machine.
Detar "eclipse" 3.7.x in 3rdParty , copy all feature and plugin folder from cdt-master-7.0.2.zip, emf-xsd-SDK-2.7.1.zip, GEF-SDK-3.7.2.zip to eclipse folder.
Make openclovis package on virtual machine with below command : EclipseDir=../3rdPaty/eclipse CDTDir=../3rdParty -f release.mk
Install openclovis-safplus-sdk-6.0-private.tar.gz .

Please tested with the package at ftp://ftp.openclovis.com/openclovis-safplus-sdk-6.0-201305131113.tar.gz. This is the official one that customer would to use. Not sure with your personal steps on creating package.

Tested with package at ftp sever with no issue. Root cause may be something wrong when make install package on VM. Close this issue.
