Restrictions resetting on Relog #724

What version of OpenCollar are you using? V8.2.1

What behavior did you expect? Inventory and Stray restrictions to stay after being set by Owner

What behavior did you see instead? 2nd Relog allowed for both inventory and Teleporting

What steps does someone need to take to reproduce the problem? set IM and Stray restrictions , relog , and then log out again.

Does this problem still exists with v8.2.3 ? Please some to test…
