Global Dashboard for Anonymous User

Landing page for anonymous user that shows generic information while prompting them to explore content, begin searching, make an account, learn about OCL, etc.

User Story: As an anonymous user when I first navigate to the TermBrowser, I want to see a dashboard that helps me to start to use OCL (highlighted content, tour, registration/sign-in, etc.)

Acceptance Criteria:

• Access to global search
• Feed of content highlights (not personalized)
• OCL blog feed
• Sign-in/register
• Tour
• Nav menu
• Prepared for non-OCL Online implementation
