Here's a video with an early idea to distinguish between searching a Repository via Global Search and searching whilst remaining on the page.

@paulsonder Could you explain these two points a little more? I think I understand the rest.
I think this idea overall seems to work well for someone who wants to interact with content on the page "quickly" as opposed to searching content more "thoroughly" (i.e. rerunning the search query).
One thought that I do have: we currently support bold formatting on search results that highlight why the search result appeared. Do you think that this proposed feature is distinct enough from that if we were to support the bold formatting in v3?

As a User, I want to search inside a Repository so that I can query content related to Concepts or Mappings. If I am the owner, I may then want to make edits or bulk edits to that content.
