CodeSystem Import Bug for Date property

OCL removed the Date attribute when importing some codesystems, including:

• https://github.com/OpenConceptLab/fhir_imports/blob/main/HL7-Connectathon-CodeSystems-to-load-03May24/codesystem-request-intent.json (see API results)
• https://github.com/OpenConceptLab/fhir_imports/blob/main/HL7-Connectathon-CodeSystems-to-load-03May24/CodeSystem-v3-ActCode.json (see API results)

For both of these CodeSystems, there is a Date property in our GitHub JSON but there is no Date property in OCL's FHIR response.
