OCLv3 is currently not mobile ready, but many people will access v3 first on their phone.

@snyaggarwal How possible will it be to optimize some screens for mobile by the start of OHIE24? We would want to prioritize anonymous dashboard, searchlight, search results, and concept details

Some design notes...

M3 components such as the navigation, drawers etc are mobile ready in terms of having references.
Some custom components do not have mobile designs yet as these were not prioritised in requirements. I think we can put together a reference of how things like Searchlight, Data tables, Repo headers and Detail views behave, but this will not be ready for next week.
