"Entity id in metadata do not match" in json import

Importing json entity data doesn't work: I always get an error "Entity id in metadata do not match"

To reproduce:

• go to SR on acc, and open the avans idp: https://serviceregistry.acc.surfconext.nl/simplesaml/module.php/janus/editentity.php?eid=26
• select export, copy the json to an editor
• go to another entry, for example https://serviceregistry.acc.surfconext.nl/simplesaml/module.php/janus/editentity.php?eid=123
• edit json to match entityid or remove entityid from json
• paste json in import field
• watch the error occur

Ideally, the entityid would do nothing special and Janus would be able to change the entityid from a metadata import, just like any other field.

Yes, this works fine in current prod. We currently use this to change entityid, for example, and we will require this functionality when the DIY-environment will be decoupled from prod.

Thank you for testing thoroughly. Unfortunately I can't seem to reproduce this on my vm. @baszoetekouw could you demonstrate this to @pmeulen or @remold ? Or to me tomorrow (I'll be on-site from 10:00).
