Add "urn:mace:dir:attribute-def:eduPersonScopedAffiliation" to ARP options #18

The attribute "urn:mace:dir:attribute-def:eduPersonScopedAffiliation" can currently only be set via an attributemanipulation, but appears to be already processed via engine, so please add this to the ARP options in SR.

@maartenk Any attribute can be passed by Engine when no ARP is set.
