Missing temp directory on clean install #33

After installing a fresh OpenConext VM (v74), I get the following error when trying to add a new IdP in SR: screen shot 2014-10-31 at 11 21 07

The directory /tmp/janus/cache/jms_serializer should probably be created on SR startup or so.

SR is becoming obsolete due to the use of ansible. This is fixed in SURFConext deploy: https://github.com/SURFconext/SURFconext-deploy/blob/master/ansible/roles/janus/tasks/2_install_janus.yml#L37
