No SP to production when "No ARP" is still checked (so that no SP due to an user error can incidentally get all attributes).

Condition / Exception: Check if an attribute manipulation is set. If attribute manipulation is set, No ARP check is allowed.

While I do not completely understand the issue (can you ellaborate on it?) it does not sound like a config issue. So would you create a Janus issue for it?
