The changes in this pull request allow the OpenConext VM to fill the config files with sensible values Hi-level overview of changes:

Set admin contact details
Set timezone
use crypted passwords for LDAP/SLAPD
Set individual db credentials for all OpenConext components
Set individual API credentials for various componens
Create new ROOT CA and subsquent Certificates
Credentials now set in oc_config file
Added script that will set oc_config with strong passwords
Improved some of the user interaction
Improved debugging notices in VM scripts

I'v created a new feature branch (https://github.com/OpenConext/OpenConext-vm/tree/feature/securing-openconext) and a new pull request (#17) for improving and incorporating this feature into the master branch
