Make it possible to install the VM with other (generated) passwords then the default. Uses the 74.4 release

Latest status: installation of the base components work. Extra components not tested.

All review notes have been accounted for. (removed testing code/comments, added issue number for coin-api hack, reset shell in versions.sh)
