DisplayName should not be mandatory #117

This issue is imported from pivotal - Originaly created at Oct 16, 2017 by Thijs Kinkhorst

The displayName is not used for anything (important) in AA and in the linking service.

So authentication should succeed if the federated user has no displayName attribute.
