Implemented in https://github.com/OpenConext/OpenConext-attribute-aggregation/tree/feature/surfmarket-entitlements and https://github.com/OpenConext/OpenConext-deploy/pull/230

Snapshot version on test2. Can be tested with https://aa.test2.surfconext.nl/playground (Okke Harsta - Jul 2, 2019)

New version on test2 with required input parameter urn:mace:dir:attribute-def:uid (Okke Harsta - Jul 2, 2019)
