Use friendly names for urn:oid-attributes #328

Currently, urn:oid-attributes are shown in the attribute selector panel with their numerical name. Such an attribute is used with a couple of SP\'s, like with SP "BigBlueButton | Avans". In the attribute selection panel we would like to display a friendly name, to be taken from https://github.com/OpenConext-Attic/OpenConext-vm/blob/master/configs/ldap/collab.schema (i guess Name, with Desc as mouse over text?)

In https://dashboard.acc.surfconext.nl/apps i still see "1.3.6.1.4.1.1076.20.40.40.1 (27)"? (Raoul Teeuwen - Aug 30, 2018)

@raoulteeuwen The story mentioned the attribute panel on the detail page. There the only urn:oid still allowed in ARP is replaced with collabPersonId. The attribute filter was not changed. However now it has on acc with an uppercase for compatibility (Okke Harsta - Aug 30, 2018)
