Add logo to index page

We have a logo now in web/images/logo.png. Might as well display it on the front page.

See a suggestion for displaying the logo in the screenshot below. So in addition to the logo, a title was added. @thijskh and or @arnoutt what are your thoughts? (Michiel Kodde - Oct 1, 2019)
