Human Readable version of attribute manipulation script #208

This issue is imported from pivotal - Originaly created at Apr 23, 2018 by Raoul Teeuwen

Currently, in most places where we show what attributes are released, we currently don\'t show the actual result in case an attribute manipulation script is present (so for instance in the profile page, the info/consent-screen, the SC-dashboard). Apart from it being great if we could show the actual situation, it would be valuable, especially in the light of AVG/GDPR, to be able to show a human readable version of what happens in a specific attribute manipulation script. We could show this information at least in the SURFconext dashboard, in the screen where we show what attributes the SP wants to receive.

It would be valuable to store the human readable close to the actual code, so as when someone changes the code, he/she does not forget to update the human readable text.

When this story is released, TPMs need to describe all AM-scripts and the dashboard needs to be updated to show the information.

How is this implemented? I can\'t find/see it in acc? (Raoul Teeuwen - May 16, 2018)

This only testable in the test2 environment. I can\'t deploy to acc for SURFconext apps. For example: https://manage.test2.surfconext.nl/metadata/saml20_sp/ef62cdb0-c2ad-4858-aa78-8d137c2806e1/manipulation (Okke Harsta - May 16, 2018)
