Pull down menu for coin:ss:type_of_service:en (nl) #443

Create a pull down menu to select coin:ss:type_of_service:en (:nl) values in use.

Correlate EN with NL values if possible and fill them accordingly if known.

Currently used values: NL

This means changing the type of the field to enum which can be done in config,. The challenge here is more the conversion of values to the enum type and then making dashboard etc read it. (Thijs Kinkhorst - Mar 13, 2024)
