Delete cookie which remembers user is in registration flow #309

This issue is imported from pivotal 

When I go straight to mijn.eduid.nl, I always end up in the registration flow. Probably because the first time I went there this was indeed where I needed to go. But now I already have an eduID. I want to go to the login, and press \'Login\' under Already have an eduID? This works but the next time I still end up in the registration flow.

Deliberately clicking \'Login\' under \'Already have an eduID?\' should clear the cookie which remembers the user is in the registration flow.
