Hide gmail/outlook buttons in mobile view #442

This issue is imported from pivotal 

Clicking the email-buttons on a mobile device won\'t work on most mobile devices (users are using the gmail app, and aren\'t logged in in the web). Hide these buttons in mobile view (small screens)
