Multiple roles for 1 shachome #475

This issue is imported from pivotal 

If a user has multiple accounts at the same institution (eg student1@uu.nl and teacher2@uu.nl) he is able to link them both, but only one role is displayed. If multiple accounts (unique eppn/subjectid) are linked, multiple roles should be shown
