Performance month, quarter and year is not acceptable #180

The unique count from the live measurement is too slow for non-aggregated month, quarter and year. We need to have separate measurements for those pre-calculated in either CQ\'s or custom cron schedulers

@okkeh : I think this performance is under control, at least on the production machine. Agreed that we close this issue? (Bart Geesink - Sep 10, 2018)
