Going back to the graph view from the group by view results in "No data available" #225

This issue is imported from pivotal - Originaly created at Oct 2, 2018 by Bart Geesink

When I click "group by institution" and I want to go back to the graph view by ticking the "group by institution" again, no graph is shown, only the message: No logins are recorded for the given period.

This doesn\'t seem to be fixed yet. The problem seems to be that the drop down "remembers" the default time frame which is the last 24 hours of the minute view. The group by institutions then goes to the month view, and when you deselect the group by, the period is "month" but the timeframe is two days. (Bart Geesink - Oct 9, 2018)

Changed the behaviour: when groupingBy is enabled then we default to one year of stats. When the user switches back to noGrouping we go back to the initial minutes. (Okke Harsta - Oct 15, 2018)

Minute and hour stats on https://stats.test2.surfconext.nl/live were broken due to faulty config of main measurement (EBAUTH != EBAUTH_PROD) (Okke Harsta - Oct 15, 2018)
