clipboard content contains strings with comma\'s #241

When in https://stats.surfconext.nl/live , select timeframe month, select \'group by institutes\'. Under the graph part, you can select to copy the data to the clipboard. But: some IdP names have a comma in them ... this makes working with the data troublesome. Please make it so comma\'s in the data doesn\'t screw up the formatting of the data in for instance Excel

Also, some SP names will likely contains comma\'s as well as descriptions (which in some cases are also copied to the .csv file). So in other words: please make sure comma\'s are escaped correctly everywhere before exporting to .csv :) (Arnout Terpstra - Apr 30, 2019)

The CSV copy-to-clipboard adds quote\'s to the entity name ensuring a correct import to Excel or Numbers. New version of stats deployed on the test2 environment. (Okke Harsta - May 19, 2019)
