Add MFA mock endpoint #4

A mock SSO endpoint is created to be able to test the expected responses from MFA. This is an initial setup according to the requirements given but probably will need some TLC to get better real life results.

Thanks for your changes. I'd love to see this merged into develop. Only with the recent changes a conflict showed its head
