Yubikey authentication can be scrolled revealing the "hidden" submit button #405

The Yubikey authentication dialog on the gateway can be scrolled to the right. When a user (accidentally) does this a submit button is revealed (see the attached screenshot). This can cause some confusion, but is mostly a cosmetic issue. Functionally the form continues to work when scrolled in this way. That said, it would be better if the form is not scrollable and does not reveal this button.
