When the SelfService receives a 500 from the Yubikey Gateway API, it isn\'t logged #436

This issue is imported from pivotal - Originaly created at Feb 16, 2015 by Pieter van der Meulen

In this case, the Gateway application was unreachable (file permission issue). The SS logged this at INFO level, which went unnoticed due to the current logging configuration. This was logged at INFO level, because we figured the Gateway would log any errors/500s from Yubikey.
