Add ECMAScript 3 support #75

When TS was introduced TS was compiled to ECMASCRIPT 5. In older browsers this seems a problem. Therefore now we compile TS to ECMASCRIPT 3 to keep older browsers supported.

I've put my changes on develop, I usually don't use a development branch only master, so my apologies for using master as develop.
