Get all station codes and extract data for each station

Closes pull request #1 by @sredford, and my pull request (#2) as well.

Tested locally, gave it a whirl and it downloaded the data and printed the information about each station (which took some time).

There are some station codes which do not have any data (yet). The script ignores them for now.
