Duplication of efforts? #9

I just discovered that there are libraries like JSparc and Sapphire which make it easy to access the HiSPARC Public Database API. This can give us a good lead, since we can now use these libraries to fetch the HiSPARC data without having to reinvent the wheel. We might be able to build upon them to support the generic cosmic ray data format.

JSparc looks like a we application to do make some plots and toy analysis. It looks like Sapphire could have made our life much easier, but I think we have all the information we need for now. This would be a nice change, but low priority.
