Mouse wheel moves "virtually" when clicking #51

Describe the bug When you are casually clicking, doesn't matters what, the mouse starts "scrolling virtually", and it causes the hotbar to change item automatically.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click many times
  2. Hotbar is changing item

Expected behavior Hotbar only changing item when you really scroll physically.
