Make CubicChunks load with sponge

Needed for planned sponge compatibility.

By removing some parts of non-essential cubic chunks code I was able to get it to load, but aside of (not always) loading and rendering chunks nothing actually works:

This issue is only about making sponge not crash when loaded together with cubic chunks, not about making sponge functional with cubic chunks.

it's something that needs to be fixed from sponge's end, not from cubic chunks', and they're not likely ever to do that.

The most likely viable solution would be to make special version of sponge together with modifications to CC that make them cooperate. This is not an easy task.
