When making a Block layer at any height (with a block height of 1 as example) everything below this layer will turn completly dark and randomly becomes completly bright again
Steps to reproduce:
Create a new FlatCubic World
create some layers with a minimum height of 1
teleport to those layers
additionally: break the block so light can go through the layer before teleport
