Dirt generation depth limit should be made configurable #57

It should be possible to configure the limit of how deep dirt (and sand, etc.) layers can generate from the surface of the world.

The sandstone layer should also be made configurable to some extent.

Apparently this is now part of replacer config, so should be customisable to some extent now. Accessibility issues covered by #28.
