Rename "Water Level" slider to "Ocean Level" #81

It isn't always strictly made of water due to the block replacer allowing customization of it, and the block replacer refers to it as an ocean, so this would fit better.

This is just a .lang file translation. In the time it took you to write this report, you could have used github gui to edit the file and submit a PR.
