Added new example_03_linux_socketcan_transport target - appears only on Linux (but not on Mac f.e.)
Eliminated IRunnable
Addressed "Reduce duplication around TransferMetadata" issue #365
Addressed "Refactor the execution logic" issue #367
Fixed all unit tests affected by executor vs runnable api changes

Can we make clang-tidy optionatl please? It's a pain that I can't build when it's not available.

There is cmake -DNO_STATIC_ANALYSIS:BOOL=YES for that.
