Add save/load plotter configuration #25

It's painful in the current tool to have to constantly re-setup plotting configurations between sessions. Yukon should allow users to save to a file and load from a file any such configuration.

The interchange format should use a human-readable, declarative format.

I urge you to ditch the mindset of separate GUI components and consider the SCADA-themed approach I described on the forum.
