Allows to use it at libcyphal repo to exclude /repo/external/... stuff from coverage report.

The change is based on Scott's patch which I tried locally on libcyphal (using EXCLUDE_PATHS ${LIBCYPHAL_ROOT}external argument). Thanks Scott!
